Stylus 10 for Ortofon (Super) OM/LM/TM/Concorde 10(H)
The bonded elliptical Ortofon Stylus 10 is a classic that has served as the entry level model for all of the OM related Ortofon cartridge series. Thus it is the natural fit for the Ortofon Concorde 10, LM-10, TM-10(H), OM-10, Super OM-10, OMB-10, OMP-10, OMT-10, SG-10, OD-10, and SMB-10. The styli are more compliant than the OM-5E styli and they will track better, but the recommended tracking force is still 1,25g - 1,75g.

Special Styli for Ortofon OM 10 variants
The Stylus 78 allows your OM 10 variant to be used for the playback of 78 RPM mono records. It has a spherical tip with a radius of 65 micrometer and works best at a tracking force of 2,0g +/- 0,25g. Note that the p-mount standard stipulates a tracking force og 1,25g +/- 0,25g and that the Stylus 78 therefore works best in the LM, OM, OMB, and Concorde variants. The AN2091 Black Diamond DJ-E replacement is a nude elliptical replacement with a sturdy cantilever that tracks best at 2.5 - 3.0g. You can use it if you want to use your OM 10 variant in a pro-like setting.
