The G stylus is a spherical 0,6 Mil stylus tracking at 0,75g to 1,5g. This type is a good match for M73G, M73MG, M73SG, M75G, M75G type 2, M75MG, M75MG type 2, M75MG-D and M75MG Type 2. Use N75B Type 2 further below for more spherical stylus options tracking at 1,5g to 3g.

M75 is one of the most sold cartridges ever. And there is a reason. Many HiFi enthusiasts like the warm and pleasant, but still detailed and engaging vintage sound from this renowned Shure M-75 cartridge. A sound that many prefer over modern cartridges.
A new stylus will give new and well deserved extended life to the really well built and well sounding Shure M75 housing.
Depending on your sound preferences, HiFi gear and budget you have the choice of almost any kind of stylus from spherical to the high-end SAS stylus from Jico. The latter has obtained an almost legendary reputation for its performance with and complementarity with Shure cartridge bodies. Mounted on your M75 you will find a JICO SAS N75 stylus will take your M75 cartridge to a completely new level.
Our aftermarket styli are of as high quality as the originals. The aim for our producers is to deliver the same specifications in terms of form and vertical tracking force. The stylus might however sound a little different than the original stylus. Not better - not worse - just different.
We recommend around 20 hours of break in time for a new stylus to obtain its best performance.
