The original replacement stylus for the Shure manufactured M 75 D and M 71 MB-D cartridges is a 0,6 mil / 15um spherical stylus referenced as DN 325 with Dual part number 212 791 (212791). The recommended tracking force is 2,0g - 3,0g and unless otherwise stated our replacements adhere to this.
M 75 D mounted with the TK24 holde was referenced as TK 220 with Dual part number 241 310 (241310).
M 75 D mounted with the TK14 holder was referenced as TK 120 with Dual part number 223 032 (223032).
M 75 D mounted with the TK15 holder was referenced as TK 150 with Dual part number 223 034 (223034).
M 71 MB-D with the applicable TK holder was referenced as TK 122.
Some versions of the the Dual CS 1224, CS 1226 Idler-drive turntables were delivered standard with M 75 "D".
In addition the stylus was used on Schneider Turntables and therefore often referred to as a Schneider DN 325 stylus.
For 78 RPM playback the DN 321 was used. This is the 65um stylus with dual part number 202 440 (202440). We offer an excellent replacement stylus for this use.
