The V15 Type II cartridge was originally fitted with a VN15E biradial elliptical stylus. Recommended tracking force is 0,75g to 1,5g. Choose from this group of elliptical styli to stay as close as possible to the original including the variants V15 II Improved, V15 II-D12 and V15 II-GZ.

While Shure never made a VN15MR stylus the option now is available in the form of Jico's excellent SAS styli. The optimised SAS cut on a Boron or Sapphire cantilever will take the V15 Type II cartridge to new heights.
