Denon DL-103 R Low Output MC Cartridge

First there was the original Denon DL103, the first Japanese Moving Coil cartridge with its big succes. Building on the virtues of the original Denon DL103 the Denon DL 103R came to life. Still having the homogenic and organic sound of its predecessor, but also a very dynamic and more precise soundstage with solid bass.

The Denon DL-103R will perform well on medium to heavy tonearms with its low compliance. Since the Denon DL103R is a low output Moving Coil type, you will need a phono stage with Moving Coil input for the extra gain needed. We recommend Audio Technica AT-PEQ30
