Delivery Rates

Delivery price is calculated based on your destination country, the order amount (excluding shipping) and the weight of your items. It is automatically added to your order total after you enter your shipping address. 

We ship everything with tracking.

We pack your items in a box no matter if you select inexpensive tracked Economy shipping or Next day Delivery by courier. Your precious items deserve the best packaging to make sure they reach you and your turntable in perfect condition.

Item weight

DaCapo Audio knows the weight of all items and calculates the delivery price accordingly. The products we mainly sell are very light weight. As an example the Jico needle including it's box pictured above is 20 gram and the packaging is 45 gram for a total shipping weight of 65 gram.

Import duties

All items ship from within EU - Denmark, that is.

Shipments are not subject to import duties within EU.

Customers outside EU may have to pay Value added Tax, import duties and pay fees for the handling. All import duties are paid for by the customer.

Specifically for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Faroe Islands and Iceland shipments are subject to Import duties. All import duties are paid by the customer. On some orders Import duties can be settled during checkout. When possible, two different DHL Express delivery options are shown. A fixed fee of 7 euro + the applicable VAT rate and possibly other duties calculated are added to the upfront import duties options.

DaCapo Audio declares the exact item type and value on export documents. No exceptions. We will not declare a lower value or gift wrap without visible declarations.
