The V15 Type III (mk 3) Super-Track "Plus" offered improved trackability over the previous V15 Type II at light tracking forces. We have several options from elliptical replacements over the very popular Line Contact options ( Hyper Elliptical and Shibata ) to the Top of the Line SAS and NeoSAS needles from JICO.
Being interchangeable you can use any of the above replacements for your V15 Type III cartridge. Our suggestion for a starting point is a Line Contact stylus, either the Hyper elliptical or Shibata needles from JICO or Tonar. They provide a very good performance at a reasonable cost. From here you can either go towards the cheaper end with an elliptical replacement or to the absolute high end where JICOS SAS on Boron gives you the excellent SAS tip as well as a very rigid boron cantilever for the absolute highest level of playback.

Version V15 III-DL Super-Track was a V15 III premounted on Dual 1200-Series turntables. All replacements on this page are interchangeable with the V15 III-DL.
Version V15 III-GZ Super-Track was a V15 III premounted on Garrard Zero automatic turntables. All replacements on this page are interchangeable with the V15 III-GZ.
Version V15 III-GSL Super-Track was a V15 III premounted on Garrard SL Series B turntables. All replacements on this page are interchangeable with the V15 III-GSL.
Version V15 Typ III L-M was manufactured by Shure for Dual. The replacement stylus was called DN 352 / VN35 E-M. All replacements on this page are interchangeable with the L-M / E-M variant
